We were presented with the challenge to capture the brand’s and the resort’s essence and bring it to life in multiple pieces. We had to make sure that the destination was identified by the resort and not the other way around. Ultimately, we wanted to make Coconut Bay a brand name and synonymous with St. Lucia.
St. Lucia and All-Inclusive Resorts in general is a very competitive space, so we had to work diligently and strategically to help position Coconut Bay as leader in this space. We had to develop strong paid and search campaigns to drive traffic to the website and even more importantly bookings.
We analyzed Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa and the island of St. Lucia to make sure both elements complimented each other, while highlighting the brand in each creative piece. Serene beaches and distinct hues of blue were used to represent the crystal water of the destination, while connecting its beauty with the activities and amenities offered by the resort.
From a search perspective, we’ve increased traffic to their website as much as 37% (month over year), and recently, increased bookings to their resort by over 30%. This was no small feat which required a well-defined strategy and flawless execution.
