StarVista Live produces full-ship charter cruise experiences centered around world-class artists and live music. Each event takes over an entire vessel, transforming it into a branded environment that needs to feel unified from the moment guests step onboard.
We partnered with StarVista to manage the creative, branding, and print production behind these large-scale activations, bringing each event to life with clear visual direction and coordinated execution across every detail.
The Challenge
Precision Across Variables
Charter cruise branding operates under a specific set of constraints. Each cruise line enforces its own regulations around placement, materials, and sizing, and those rules shift from ship to ship. StarVista produces multiple events per year, each with a different artist lineup, a different audience, and a different cruise line partner. Every engagement introduces new creative requirements, new venue specifications, and compressed timelines with no margin for installation delays.
The challenge was building a process flexible enough to adapt to those changing variables while maintaining the level of quality and brand consistency each event demanded.

A Coordinated System
Each event began with creative direction shaped by the lineup, audience, and onboard environment. We developed branding systems that could adapt across vessels and cruise line requirements while holding a consistent standard of quality and visual impact.
From there, the work moved into production and logistics: large-format printing scaled to each ship’s specifications, site inspections to confirm placement and material needs, and end-to-end coordination of delivery and installation. Every element was produced and positioned to support a unified brand presence across the full onboard experience, from signage and stage branding to guest-facing materials and promotional items.
