Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa is a premium all-inclusive property on the southern coast of St. Lucia, offering distinct experiences for families and adults through its Coconut Bay and Serenity brands.
Over the course of a 15-year partnership, we have supported the resort across web, email, creative, and print, adapting the work as the property, its audience, and its offerings have continued to grow.
The Challenge
A Growing Brand
Sustaining a brand over more than a decade means adapting as the market shifts, guest expectations evolve, and the property itself grows. Coconut Bay has expanded its offering significantly over the years, including the launch of Serenity at Coconut Bay, a luxury experience targeting a more exclusive, adults-only audience within the same resort.
Each addition introduced new positioning needs. The brand had to communicate distinct guest experiences under one identity while keeping the messaging clear for each audience and consistent across every channel.

Sustained Direction
The work has evolved alongside the resort. We have redesigned the website across multiple iterations to reflect new offerings, meet current standards, and support how travelers research and book. Email campaigns were built around seasonal demand and property-specific messaging, while creative and print maintained a consistent visual identity across collateral, digital ads, and guest-facing pieces.
When Serenity launched, we developed dedicated positioning and creative direction that gave the sub-brand its own presence while keeping it connected to the broader Coconut Bay identity.
