Our journey with Grand Isle Resort started in October 2018 and what an exciting ride it has been. Grand Isle and Figment Design have worked together to meet two very specific goals: Increase occupancy, rebrand and revamp the resort’s digital footprint. It all started by creating a marketing plan that encompasses the top-to-bottom strategy that would lead to the best results by offering Grand Isle the following services: Website and Creative Design, Collateral and Content Creation, Email Marketing, Digital and Social Media Management, SEO and Data Collection.
Increasing on-site occupancy, revamping a brand and its digital image are three very different goals, yet one can’t succeed without the other. Our team of Figsionaries was prepared to take on the challenges at-hand and come up with an efficient strategy that would meet our client’s goals.
We understand the importance of a digital footprint and how it can have an immediate effect on brand awareness, brand perception, audience reach and hence, resort bookings. For this reason, this was our first priority when rebranding the only world Grand Isle was living in.
In just eight months, our teams of web developers, designers, content writers and digital strategists have worked together to re-create Grand Isle’s website by combining a breathtaking custom design with a user-friendly interface to make it easier for site visitors to find important information and book their dream vacation. Simultaneously, our creative team headed to Great Exuma to create incredible visuals that would truly embrace everything Grand Isle Resort has to offer. But our efforts don’t stop there.
